How we collect, use, and protect your data

At Bansal Credit, we only collect data that is needed to process your loan application. We do not sell your personal information, and we ask for your permission before accessing sensitive device data.

1. What we may access (with your consent)

In line with RBI digital lending guidelines, our app may request access to:

  • Location — verified once when you submit your application, to prevent fraud.
  • Device information — to detect fake or duplicate accounts.
  • Financial SMS — only bank-related messages are read to assess income and repayment ability. Personal messages are not accessed.

2. How we store your data

All data is processed and stored on servers located in India and protected with AES-256 encryption.
